You cannot reproduce any unlicensed trademarks, service marks, or logos onto printed materials and merchandise via POSTERBUILDER.COM. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The owner of a trademark, service mark, or logo has the exclusive use and reproduction rights. The same policy applies for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from artists, photographers, publishers, writers, composers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner's exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work. POSTERBUILDER.COM policy also states that you cannot use explicit photographs or pornography on any printed materials.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TURN AROUND TIME

Once your order is removed from your cart and processed through the shipping and payment options, and submitted, it will be put into production immediately. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order with the order details. Within 24 hours after the order is received you will receive a faxed invoice with the final totals including shipping and handling that will be charged to your account or credit card, which will indicate the charge is from The Gotham Group, Inc.. Most orders received before 12:00 pm est Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) will take 2 business days to print, process and ship.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept VISA, MC and AMEX. POSTERBUILDER.COM is a division of The Gotham Group, Inc. Your charge and credit card receipt will indicate the purchase is from The Gotham Group, Inc. To be eligible for terms with The Gotham Group, Inc. a credit application must be completed and approved before purchases can be made. Existing accounts established with The Gotham Group, Inc. will continue to use the same payment terms, which have previously been established. Established accounts must submit purchase orders, via fax or e-mail with all orders. Our terms for established accounts is 2%10, net 30.

Terms are only available for reseller or corporate accounts. Corporate account terms are available pending background and the appropriate credit and D&B checks. New account credit applications will be supplied upon request. Allow a minimum 2 weeks for credit approvals. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES WHICH DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR TERM AGREEMENTS. In the event credit is not established, all orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Confirmation of
all orders with final totals, including shipping, will be faxed to you within 24 hours of the order being placed.
